Depending on your business video testimonials can be a powerful way to show your business in the best possible light to prospects. Humans work best seeing a persons face when listening to them – all those subconscious facial (and body) movements can tell a lot about a person.

I agree that a video testimonials are powerful, something that would actually be easier to get is a writeen testimonal. Something that I have seen done to great effect is having a moving tape at the top of the screen with quotes from the satisfied clients.
Video testimonals would alos require a lot of investment- video time, editing, staging the room etc…
