Great article and interesting points. Was wondering if you could expand more on the first point about having something to offer a potential partner. We are looking for a business partner and have a running start up business and was curious on what are some general points you could offer a potential partner that would be attractive for them to join the business.

Most of our potential candidates are in paid employment so would be interested to hear from anyone else who has previously formed a business partnership under similar circumstances.
