		<description>My experience is that people would prefer to know the terms and conditions at the outset rather than be hit with nasty surprises later on. As you say, it also makes you look professional. Go for it - I would be very surprised if you lost custom as a result, and if you do, you have to ask - did you want their custom anyway?</description>

When I think about I would look super professional supplying terms right at the start... Hmmm I&#039;m still torn.</description>
